二、俄罗斯茶叶产区?
俄罗斯克拉斯诺达尔边疆区,这里是俄罗斯唯一的茶叶工业化产区,也是世界上产地最北的茶。
上世纪初,经过当地农民的育种,茶树适应了俄罗斯南疆的低温,成功产出茶叶。不过,由于当地气候寒冷,茶树发芽相对较少,这一茶叶具有独特的甘甜口感和深琥珀色的茶汁。
事实上,中国与俄罗斯的茶叶贸易可以追溯到16世纪,从那时开始,俄罗斯商人就跨越万里来到中国,用俄罗斯产的布、皮革、裘皮、金属等换取茶叶,形成了类似“丝绸之路”的商贸古道--“茶叶之路”。
众所周知,中国是茶的故乡,却鲜有人了解在俄罗斯,茶也是最受欢迎的饮料。在g20大阪峰会晚宴上,俄罗斯总统普京轻轻捧起一只保温杯抿上几口甜茶的形象意外走红网络,让人们不禁对俄罗斯的饮茶习惯产生了好奇心。
人们常说,西方人开放,精力旺盛,崇尚自由与活力,性格就像酒一样。而东方人冷静、稳重、理智、坚韧,性格似茶。生活在欧亚大陆文明交汇处的俄罗斯人,性格中既有烈酒般的豪爽与硬朗,亦有香茗的清澈与香甜。
俄罗斯人不可一日无茶。古谚有云:不求伏特加,而求喝茶。著名作家列夫·托尔斯泰也曾说过:“我需要喝很多茶,因为没有它我就无法工作。茶会唤醒萦绕在我灵魂深处的灵感。”
在元代,随着蒙古人的远征,中国的茶文化随之远播。但是之于俄罗斯人,第一次接触到茶,却是明朝时候的事情。史料记载,明朝穆宗年间(1567年),两名哥萨克首领彼得罗夫和亚雷舍夫来到中国,第一次喝到茶水。回国后,他们向当时的沙皇和贵族描述了这种来自遥远东方的神奇饮品。不过可能未有切身体会,这段描绘并未引起沙皇的兴趣。
直到1638年,俄国宫廷才第一次真正接触到茶。当时,受沙皇之命,俄国使者斯特拉科夫前往蒙古拜见可汗,并带去了珍贵的紫貂皮当作觐见礼品,作为回礼,可汗回赠了4普特(约64公斤)的砖茶。使者带回圣彼得堡后,沙皇命人砌成茶水请贵族品尝,众人饮后纷纷称赞清香扑鼻,自此,俄人开启了饮茶的历史。
只不过和现在“飞入寻常百姓家”不同,当时茶叶在俄罗斯是典型的进口奢侈品,只有贵族和富人才能喝到。也正因要满足贵族阶层的需求,俄、清之间的茶叶贸易由此展开。
乾隆年间,茶叶开始大量输入俄国,俄国的茶叶市场也从莫斯科扩大至外省,到19世纪,饮茶之风在俄国各阶层盛行,茶开始成为大众饮品。
而随着茶的普及,茶迅速“俄罗斯化”。和中国人泡一杯香茗解渴提神、或沉心思考不同,俄罗斯已经把茶融入日常的饮食当中。他们不仅分喝上午茶和下午茶,有时直接以茶取代三餐中的一餐,或是三餐之外的加餐。俄罗斯人最钟情的茶类是红茶等酽茶,同英语一样,俄语对红茶的字面翻译也是“黑茶”之意,大概就是取其色泽和浓度以命名。
俄罗斯人偏爱甜茶,在饮红茶时,通常会加砂糖、蜂蜜、柠檬片,有时也会添加香草,果酱或牛奶。此外,还常常佐以大盘小碟的蛋糕、饼干、面包和奶渣饼等“茶点”。在乡间,“黑面包 甜茶”经常被用作待客的标配,这种吃法有时也被用来判断食客是否是地道的俄罗斯人。
